This 6-Door 1992 Ford F-350 with an 11-foot Extended Bed Is Up for Sale

The best-selling vehicle in the United States for the past 32 years might be the Ford F-150 full-size pickup truck, but this ranch machine we stumbled upon will not seize to amaze you. Maybe it’s not that fancy, nor that technologically advanced as the company’s current model, but this 1992 F-350 heavy-duty truck definitely got your attention.

If the six doors won’t catch you’re attention, we’re pretty sure that 11-foot extended bed will. It might not look like an average Super Duty F-350 anymore, but this is what it stands for.

The owner took this 7.3-liter diesel, naturally aspirated-engined truck and created something that is probably designed for big families. However, according to the man currently selling it on Craigslist, “all modifications were made keeping factory build in mind” so it should be safe to drive.

Since we’re talking about a 12-year old truck who’s odometer shows 83,000 miles, we have to admit it comes in a good condition. Or at least it seems like that as far as we can tell from the pictures, of course. The interior is complete and the car will sell with 3 fuel tanks, factory fills and the factory selector on the dashboard (Yuhuu!). 

Now, we all know is that most of these trucks are normally used in ranches for transporting big tools and all sorts of goods, but looking at our particular case we’re trying to guess what sort of materials this car would carry along. Maybe, the bed was used as a swimming pool in the hot Southern summers or maybe it was used by a country music band so they could fit all the instruments.

Whatever the case might be, we’re still not sure we would ever pay $15,000 for it, but maybe it’s because we’re too picky.
