Infiniti Q60 Neiman Marcus Edition 0 600x374 at Official: Infiniti Q60 Neiman Marcus Edition
Each year luxury retailer Neiman Marcus picks a trendy car to include in their annual Christmas Book and the manufacturer of that car comes up with a special edition of please them. The car in question is usually top-shelf, like a Ferrari or an Aston Martin or a McLaren. This time, though, they decided to be a little more down to earth. Meet the Infiniti Q60 Neiman Marcus Edition.
Infiniti is still a properly upmarket brand, but you would agree that the traditional Neiman Marcus shopper is going to find it a bit of a let down after what they got the previous years. Infiniti Q60 Neiman Marcus Edition is limited to 50 units in total and has a price tag of $63,000 which isn’t very Neiman Marcus-y.
At any rate, Infiniti Q60 Neiman Marcus Edition is based on the 2017 Red Sport 400 version of the coupe powered by a 400-horsepower 3.0 liter-twin-turbocharged V6 engine. The exclusive treatment begins with a Solar Mica paint job and continues with genuine carbon fiber accents on the fender vents, fog-light finishers, mirror caps and rear spoiler, Gallery White leather-appointed sports seats and Silver Optic Fiber interior trim. Equipment-wise, the car is full loaded with stuff like Direct Adaptive Steering, Dynamic Digital Suspension, Bose Performance Series premium audio system and INFINITI InTouch infotainment system.
For each Q60 Neiman Marcus Edition they sell Infiniti will donate $1,000 to The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation. You can place you order starting from November 2.

Official: 2018 Mercedes-AMG E63 and E63 S

2018 Mercedes AMG E63 0 600x359 at Official: 2018 Mercedes AMG E63 and E63 S
Mercedes-Benz has taken the wraps off the latest version of the E63 AMG sports sedan, revealing an absolute monster. Officially known as the 2018 Mercedes-AMG E63, this supposedly Executive Saloon comes in its S version with a 603 horsepower V8 engine and a 0 to 60 time of 3.3 seconds!
That is pretty much hyper car performance in a car that is used as a taxi in many European countries. There used to be a time when the “experts” in the auto industry mocked AMG for needing higher displacement for achieving the same power Audi and BMW did with much smaller engines. Now though, the Benz guys are having the last laugh because they are in possession of a 4.0 liter bi-turbo V8 that is capable of 603 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque.
If that’s a bit too rich for your blood you can get the regular 2018 Mercedes-AMG E63 tuned at 563 hp and 553 lb-ft, but it is going to take 3.4 second to hit 60 mph. I know, bummer! But come on, what you want is the E63 S because while both variants come with AMG Performance 4MATIC+ permanent all-wheel drive with variable torque distribution only the latter boasts a built-on Drift Mode. We’re just thinking what sort of businessman is going to buy a car with a drift mode…
Design-wise, while the new Mercedes-AMG E63 is still very much a wolf in sheep’s clothing, there are more prominent telltale signs that underneath that deceivingly normal looks lies a brutal monster. There is the radiator grille and coupe-style inset hood, the large AMG wheels, and the exclusive aero kit with its wings and spoilers. The best thing about this car is that despite all the performance goodness it is still a Mercedes-Benz which means you get plenty of style, plenty of luxury, and excellent safety.

Elvis Presley’s BMW 507 Headed to Pebble Beach Concours

Elvis Presley BMW 507 0 600x395 at Elvis Presley’s BMW 507 Headed to Pebble Beach Concours
The mystery’s solved. The stars are back in order and the universe has regained its equilibrium now that that Elvis Presley’s BMW 507 is found and restored. In 2014 we found out that Elvis did take the car back with him to the U.S. after his military service in Germany, but it soon disappeared into obscurity again and not much was heard of it. Until now.
Now, the younger readers may not understand what all the fuss is about. So you can think of this way: imagine Justin Bieber dying tomorrow from having too much, I don’t know, diet coke, on the toilet. Immediately, the value of his wide body Ferrari 458 will skyrocket. Now imagine somebody buying the car today and have it stored somewhere and fifty or so years from now it reappears in the market.  That would cause a bit of a stir, wouldn’t it?
And that’s the case with Elvis Presley’s BMW 507. The car has been tracked, found, and restored by BMW Classic Group and some enthusiastic journalists, and it is going to be exhibited for the first time at the 2016 at the Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach, California. BMW Classic has returned the car to its original glory which means a feather white paint job, entre-lock rims, black-and-white interior and a Becker Mexico radio. They have also rebuilt the 150-hp V8 engine, so the 507 is showroom fresh.
We don’t know is they have any plans for auctioning off this car, but rest assured if they do, the thing’s going to set some kind of record for the most expensive classic ever.

“The opportunity to bring back the BMW 507 owned by the King of Rock’n’Roll to us here in Munich for purposes of restoration in accordance with the wishes of the previous owner, Jack Castor, was a dream come true for all those involved,” commented Ulrich Knieps, Head of BMW Group Classic. “This was an exceptionally fascinating project. The outcome is not simply a source of great pride to us. Jack would undoubtedly have been delighted by the outcome
