First Customer Koenigsegg One:1 Filmed Up Close

Koenigsegg One 1 600x353 at First Customer Koenigsegg One:1 Filmed Up Close
What you see here is one of the rarest, most exotic and most expensive pieces of automotive history. This is the first the only six customer Koenigsegg One:1 models, sold long ago for the staggering sum of over $3 million USD.
In this video we see this black Koenigsegg One:1 – garnished with gold stripes – leaving the showroom. The exhaust on this car is so damn loud it sets off the alarm on other cars in the showroom!
The world’s first Megacar boasts a power to weight ratio of one to one, hence the name. Koenigsegg has gone to enormous length to make that happen. Those wheels, for example, are built using a new technique for creating hollow carbon fiber spokes. And the engine, well, that is tuned almost to destruction and makes 1,360 horsepower. Unofficially, the One:1 has achieved a top speed of over 280 mph.
