What
you see here is one of the rarest, most exotic and most expensive
pieces of automotive history. This is the first the only six customer Koenigsegg One:1 models, sold long ago for the staggering sum of over $3 million USD.
In this video we see this black
Koenigsegg One:1 – garnished with gold stripes – leaving the showroom.
The exhaust on this car is so damn loud it sets off the alarm on other
cars in the showroom!
The world’s first Megacar boasts a power
to weight ratio of one to one, hence the name. Koenigsegg has gone to
enormous length to make that happen. Those wheels, for example, are
built using a new technique for creating hollow carbon fiber spokes. And
the engine, well, that is tuned almost to destruction and makes 1,360
horsepower. Unofficially, the One:1 has achieved a top speed of over 280
mph.
