Jon Olsson’s PPI Razor GTR Audi R8 Still Looking for Buyer
Earlier this year, Jon Olsson’s old PPI Razor GTR Audi R8 was listed up for sale. Fast forward to the end of the year and the personalised German supercar is still looking for a home with an asking price of 999,990 Swedish Krona which is the equivalent of just under $130,000 in the U.S.
Despite Jon parting ways with the car quite some time ago, it remains unchanged and is still fitted with the custom ski-box and towering rear wing. Jon’s former PPI Razor GTR is just the third of 10 PPI modified R8s ever produced and this particular example was designed and built exclusively for Olsson. From a visual standpoint, it features new bodywork incorporating a completely revised front fascia, side skirts, carbon fibre rear diffuser as well as the aforementioned obligatory ski box and massive rear wing supporting it.
Under the hood, the PPI Razor GTR features a naturally aspirated V10 engine with over 601 hp produced at 7400 rpm and 565 Nm of torque at 6400 rpm. The extensive use of carbon fibre reduces the cars weight by 250 kg over its serial counterpart (serial curb weight V10 R-tronic: 1625 kg). This means it is able to achieve speeds from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) of just 3.2 seconds (with a modified R-tronic Gearbox) and a maximum top speed of 335 km/h. Interestingly however, Jon opted for a Stasis power upgrade meaning the car delivers around 710 hp!
