Limited to six cars
Pininfarina is celebrating its 85th anniversary
in Geneva by showcasing the Ferrari
Sergio limited edition.
Previewed by a concept,
the production version pays tribute to the legendary Sergio Pininfarina and
only six cars will ever be made, with the first one currently on display in
Geneva. The cars will feature different body colors and interior cabin themes
along with a ventilated engine cover and circular taillights. Also noticeable is
the special roll bar with built-in air intakes while the rear end hosts a dual
exhaust system and a prominent diffuser.
The Ferrari Sergio can also be visually distinguished by its
unique alloy wheels while the cabin has been largely carried over from the 458
Spider. It gets sport seats wrapped around in leather and Alcantara with red
contrast stitching and there's also a flat-bottomed steering wheel, carbon
fiber trim and a dashboard-mounted "Sergio" emblem.
Power is provided by a V8 4.5-liter engine developing 605 HP
(445 kW) which enables the roadster to conquer the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint
in 3 seconds.
Don't bother contacting Pininfarina to place an order for the Ferrari Sergio as all six cars have already been sold.
