Features a plethora of add-ons
Citroën has unveiled in Geneva the Berlingo
Mountain Vibe concept which will soon spawn a production version.
It's based on the recently facelifted
Berlingo but comes with an assortment of body accessories such as the extra
trim at the bottom of the doors as well as pink add-ons on the wheel arches.
The same striking hue was used for the body graphics and fog lamp surrounds
while the roof bars have received foam protectors featuring the same hue.
The near-production concept wears a Mountain Green paint and
comes with colored tire snow chains along with a glazed Modutop roof. Inside
the cabin there's embossed grey fabric on the front seats as well as on the three
independent seats on row two and all benefit from pink topstitching.
Citroën hasn't mentioned what powers the concept but chances are the production-ready Berlingo Mountain Vibe will get the same engines as the facelifted Berlingo so expect BlueHDi units developing 75, 100 and 120 HP linked to either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed ETG (Efficient Tronic Gearbox).
