Chevrolet Silverado Realtree Bone Collector bows at SEMA

Chevrolet Silverado Realtree Bone Collector bows at SEMA

Chevrolet has teamed up with Realtree and The Bone Collector star Michael Waddell to create a customized Silverado 1500.
Dubbed the Realtree Bone Collector concept, the model is based on the Silverado 1500 High Country crew cab and features a black exterior with Realtree Bone Collector graphics and camouflage-inspired accents.  The truck also has an LED light bar, a cooler and unique drawer system in the bed that allows for the safe and secure storage of outdoor equipment and gear.  Last but not least, the concept has a high-performance braking system, a Chevrolet Accessories off-road package - which includes a front push bar, side steps and a sport bar - and 22-inch black aluminum wheels with off-road tires.
Inside, designers installed leather seats, green contrast stitching and camouflage trim.  There's also an ambient lighting system, Silverado-branded sill plates and a unique instrument cluster display with a Bone Collector green-tinted lens.
Power is provided by a 6.2-liter V8 engine that develops 420 bhp and 460 lb-ft of torque.  It is connected to an automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system.
In a statement, Waddell said “This Silverado concept is the perfect outdoor lifestyle vehicle, offering the capability to take you deep into the woods and mountains, with the specialty gear to make the excursion more successful. The Realtree camo graphics really distinguish it, too, adding functional personalization.”
