Launching alongside the new Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet
at this year’s Geneva Motor Show is the high-performance variant, the
Mercedes-AMG C43 Cabriolet. This is one of the most exciting cars to be
launched this year, boasting everything you need for a joyful drive.
The cool features of the Mercedes-AMG C43
Cabriolet begin with a soft-top which is the same as the one on the
C-Cabrio, going up and down electronically in 20 seconds, giving you
access to 90 million miles of sky. Then there is the engine, an
AMG-tuned 3.0-liter V6 Biturbo engine with 362 hp and 384 lb-ft. of
torque.
That engine is the core of all that is
good about the C43 Cabriolet, striking the perfect balance between
performance and efficiency with a 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.7 seconds and a
top speed of 250 km/h, and the fuel consumption of a conventional
four-banger. It comes with the new 9-G tronic automatic transmission
with different driving modes.
Standard on Mercedes-AMG C43 Cabriolet is
the AMG RIDE CONTROL sport suspension, AMG DYNAMIC SELECT transmission
modes “Eco,” “Comfort,” “Sport,” “Sport Plus” and “Individual,
speed-sensitive sports steering, and AMG body kit, wheels, and interior
featuring RACETIMER and 180 mph scale in checkered-flag design. The car
will be available with exclusive options when it launches this fall.
