The hugely interesting new Honda Civic Coupe
is going on sale next week (March 15) in America, boasting cool looks,
refined cabin, a couple of good engines, and six different trim levels.
Prices start from $19,050 for the base LX model and go up to  $26,125 for the Touring.
Let’s see what sort of engines you get
with the 2016 Honda Civic Coupe first. The first one is a 1.5-liter DOHC
turbo engine with CVT (EX and above) developing a good-for-size 174
horsepower. You can also go for a 2.0-liter i-VTEC with 158 horsepower
with CVT gearbox, or the same 2.0-liter engine with a six-speed manual
transmission. But frankly the 1.5 liter is the best choice, especially
as it does 31/41/35 mpg.
The new Honda Civic Coupe also comes with
a rigid body and a sophisticated chassis featuring multi-link
independent rear suspension, Handling Assist brake torque vectoring, and
electric power steering. The car is also fairly feature-rich as –
depending on the model – you get emote Engine start, Smart Entry with
Push Button Start and rain-sensing wipers, dual-zone climate control,
premium interior, Honda Sensing safety features and…
