Has a top speed of... 30 km/h
What you see here is an electric vehicle from China wearing
the Hainan Xiaohuohua name.
The car is designed by a 27-year-old automotive engineering
student, who spent around 4,750 USD for the whole project. It’s based on a
low-speed electric vehicle (LSEV) purchased online with all the other necessary
parts. Chen Yinxi worked on the car with his father who owns a fiber-reinforced
plastics producing company.
It still looks like a prototype but features a modernistic
design with massive doors, large five-twin spoke alloy wheels and extremely low
suspension. The interior is said to be still unfinished.
No technical details are currently available, but we know the car has a top speed of only 30 km/h (19 mph). Chen is now searching for potential investors to finance a production line for the car.
