Stunning pics with first Aston Martin Vulcan in United States will make your day
The Aston Martin Vulcan has made its debut in United States where a lovely red example arrived earlier this week at a dealership in Cleveland.AM is making only 24 units of these masterpieces and all of them will be seen exclusively on track as you can imagine the Vulcan can’t be legally driven on public roads. It’s the first time when Aston Martin’s ultimate racecar hits stateside and this gives us the chance to check it out in a fiery red color that is a perfect match.
Don’t get your hopes up too high for a road-going version as AM has already squashed those rumors about the possibility of converting it for the open streets. At least we get to feast our eyes on the track car that can be labeled as Aston’s answer to the McLaren P1 GTR and Ferrari FXX K. It probably looks more spectacular than those two and purists will love the fact that its V12 7.0-liter engine has remained naturally aspirated.
The motor can develop more than 800 bhp (596 kW) without any sort of electrical assistance and sends power to the wheels through a six-speed sequential transmission. Details concerning its performance are not available at this point, but we can imagine it’s an absolute rocket.
The “most intense and exhilarating creation to date” from Aston Martin has already reached sold out status, despite an eye-watering price tag of $2.3 million.
