After
 numerous teasers and promises, Ford finally took the wraps off the 
all-new Shelby GT350 Mustang, revealing a handsome pony car with a 
5.2-liter V8 engine and a sophisticated chassis. The new Shelby could 
well be the cleverest Mustang ever.
Ford themselves say the new Shelby GT350 
Mustang is most balanced, nimble and exhilarating production Mustang 
ever. And it owes that to a number of improvement made to the GT model 
to create this. 
The Shelby benefits from a 5.2 liter V8 
engine, naturally-aspirated, capable of developing 500 horsepower, 
MagneRide dampers, aggressive brakes and finely tuned aerodynamics. The 
400 lb-ft torque of that engine make their way to the rear wheels via a 
lightweight six-speed manual transmission and a Ford-tuned Torsen 
limited-slip differential.
Visually, Shelby GT350 Mustang is easily 
distinguished over standard model thanks to its signature Shelby 
stripes, but also wide fenders, chunky
 sills, and a new lowered aluminum hood, as well as exclusive wheels. 
Interior highlights include a flat-bottom steering wheel, a lot less 
shiny chrome bits, upgraded gauges, and sport seats. 
If you want a lot of convenience equipment, you need to order the optional Tech Pack which adds leather seats,
 dual zone air con, 8-inch display, and so on. An all-new integrated 
driver control system allows selection of five unique modes that tailor 
ABS, stability control, traction control, steering effort, throttle 
mapping, MagneRide tuning and exhaust settings, depending on driver 
preference, to achieve maximum performance.
