It's time to break out the Ray-Bans and the Armani jackets as a 1986 Ferrari Testarossa from Miami Vice is going up for auction.
Set to go under the hammer at the Mecum Daytime Auction in Monterey, California on August 15th, the white Testarossa has a 4.9-liter twelve-cylinder engine that develops 390 bhp (290 kW) and is connected to a five-speed manual transmission.  The car also has beige leather seats, power windows / locks, cruise control and air conditioning.
The car has 16,124 miles on the odometer and it has been authenticated by both Ferrari North America as well as Ferrari Classiche.  It has been placed in storage since Miami Vice ended its run in 1989 but recently received an "engine-out service" which cost $8,000.
