Land Rover announced the launch of the 2017 modelyear version of the Disco Sport,
and it comes with many upgrades including some useful new apps. That’s
right, even cars have apps now, which means every other day you have top
what you are doing with them and update the damn things or they stop
functioning properly.
As annoying as that sounds, the apps 2017
Land Rover Discovery Sport comes with are pretty cool. The car has a
full integration of Tile Bluetooth tracking device, tiny Bluetooth
trackers that can be attached to important items such as wallets, keys
and IDs, so you will never again forget them when you leave the house in
a hurry. The app is operated via the car’s new InControl Touch Pro
infotainment system.
This new system features a larger
10.2-inch touchscreen and intuitive menus, super-wide 21:9 format with
higher resolution, 60GB Solid State Drive (SSD), and quad-core CPU. It
complements nicely other tech features of the car such as Driver
Condition Monitor, Intelligent Speed Limiter, and Lane Keep Assist.
As for more car-like upgrades, the
£31,095 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport is blessed with, there is the
optional Graphite Pack which comes with Dark Atlas colour finish to the
grille, bonnet script and side vents, a Corris Grey contrast roof and
Narvik Black mirror caps as well as 19” wheels. The SUV also gets four
new paint jobs: Silicon Silver, Farallon Black, Carpathian Grey and
Aruba metallic.
