Audi A8 L Chauffeur special edition
Limited to five units
Audi Japan has introduced the limited-run A8 L Chauffeur
special edition.
Based on the long wheelbase A8 facelift, the vehicle will be
built in only five examples and all will come with 20-inch alloy wheels
featuring an Audi Sport 10Y spoke design. Most of the changes have occurred inside
the cabin where there's a Marble Gray theme and adjustable reading light along
with a bar compartment and cool box mounted between the two individual rear
seats.
Power comes from the familiar V8 4.0 TFSI engine producing
435 PS (320 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque channeled to a quattro
all-wheel drive system through a tiptronic transmission.
While the regular A8 4.0 TFSI LWB is priced from ¥15,640,000 ($127,528) in Japan, the Chauffeur special edition costs ¥16,280,000 ($132,747).
