2016 Hyundai Equus

Hyundai has released a new, mildly updated version of its range-topping luxury sedan, the Equus, in the U.S. market. The 2016 Hyundai Equus is chockfull of advanced safety, convenience and connectivity features, and it also benefits from superior dynamics, according to the manufacturer.
Nothing has changed on the exterior of the Equus and you still get the same bulky body garnished with a good deal of chrome on the front grille and fascia and 19-inch turbine-design wheels. The same applies to the premium interior in terms of design, but then again, this car has so many features and equipment one would be glad they didn’t changes the location of all the knobs and switches!
An all-new feature of the 2016 Hyundai Equus is a hands-free trunk opening mechanism. It’s hardly an innovating feature, but Hyundai says theirs is better than that of the competitors since it operates if you stand close to the trunk with the keyfob on you. You don’t have to kick anything or do a dance with one leg for it to open.
The Korean automaker also boasts a lot about the dynamics of 2016 Hyundai Equus which features a rear-wheel-drive architecture, Continuous Damping Control (CDC), and 19-inch wheels with P245/45R19 front P275/40R19 rear tires. The car has a very good engine as well, a 5.0-liter Tau DOHC V8 with 429 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft. of torque.
