Audi has confirmed that its 2016 A6 and A7 models will make their U.S. debut at this year’s LA Auto Show.
Both models received upgrades for the 2016 model year, bringing more power and technology to the luxury sedans. Sporting new front and rear end designs, both the A6 and A7 models feature a more dynamic stance along with new LED headlights and tail lights. Significant engine updates were also made for the 2016 model year with the A6 available in 2.0T, 3.0T and TDI clean diesel options in addition to the high-performance S6.
The A6′s new 2.0-liter now generates 252 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque while the 3.0T model now offers 333 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque. The 2016 Audi S6 will boast 450 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque. Audi A6 diesel shoppers will get to enjoy 240 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque from the A6 TDI.
