Lykan Hypersport for Abu Dhabi police
One of the seven cars ever made
The Abu Dhabi police fleet has recently taken delivery of
a limited-run Lykan Hypersport.
There seems to be an ongoing "battle" between the police authorities
in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the most impressive fleet in the world. UAE's capital has now
made a bold move by acquiring the Lykan Hypersport, one of the seven units ever
made at a jaw-dropping price tag of $3.4 million. The supercar was recently featured
in Furious 7 where it showcased its diamond-coated LED headlights.
As a reminder, the Lykan
Hypersport by W Motors is motivated by a RUF-developed twin-turbo, flat-six
3.7-liter engine unleashing 770 PS (566 kW) and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of
torque delivered to the road through a 6-speed sequential transmission. It hits
62 mph (100 km/h) from a standstill in 2.8 seconds and tops out at 245 mph (395
km/h).
