Apparently, some owners of 1996 Nissan 300ZX coupes kept their cars virtually unused, stashed away in warehouses and garages for almost two decades, possibly waiting until the time was ripe for an auction.
I'm sure there are many super-low mileage cars that have escaped our attention, but we alone have discovered three 1996 Nissan 300ZXs with under 1,000 miles on the odometer over the past 18 months including these two naturally aspirated examples.
Listed on eBay now, is this 1996 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo with 920 miles that's said to be number 259 of 300 "Commemorative Edition Cars" made during the last year of U.S. sales. It has a 3.0-liter V6 engine aided by twin Garrett turbochargers to produce 300hp (304PS) channeled to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Other than the Autocheck showing no accidents and two owners, we don't get any more details on the car's history and how it survived for 19 years without being used.
As for pricing, the dealer is asking for a hefty $69,900.
